These cookies can even be made wheat-free substituting spelt flour for wheat flour. One other bonus: these are super-easy to make!
This homemade soy milk is made with ready and available ingredients and tastes great. You can add your favorite flavorings, vanilla, almond or just leave it plain. It's delicious anyway you serve it.

This recipe was inspired by a pumpkin hummus that I tasted at New Season's Market in Portland, Oregon. I came right home and started playing with the recipe. It's one of my favorite hummus recipes.
