Kittee's Rice Paper Collard Wraps
This is how you wrap it up!
  • Herbs
  • Greens
  • Cabbage
  • Beet
  • Cucumbers
  • Radishes
  • Kittee's Army of Tofu (prepped)
  • Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • Collard Greens
  • Basil
  • Cilantro
  • 28 cm (11 in) Rice paper wraps
  1. Prepare Kittee's Tofu Army in advance
  2. Stem collard greens
  3. Wash and prep all the veggies including adding vinegar to your greens
  4. Moisten one rice paper wrap and lay on flat surface
  5. Put collard greens on the wrap vein side down
  6. Lay a generous portion of all your favorite ingredients centered more towards where you are standing
  7. Take the edge that is closest to you and fold ¼ into wrap. Take both sides while holding the ingredients in place and fold ⅛th into center.
  8. Keeping pressure with your thumbs, begin rolling the wrap away from you keeping it tight, roll until the end
  9. Voila! A perfect humongo delish wrap filled with your favorite yummy goodness.
