Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a YaYa Productions LLC/Everyday Dish product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, YaYa Productions LLC/Everyday Dish reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. YaYa Productions LLC/Everyday Dish reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, YaYa Productions LLC/Everyday Dish shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by YaYa Productions LLC/Everyday Dish without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Return Policy

YaYa Productions/Everyday Dish make your satisfaction our number one priority. You may return unused items and items with verifiable manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, for 100% refund on the cost of the returned items following the guidelines under Exchange/Return. There is a 15% restocking fee for all other returned items.

Exchange/Return Details:

Items must be in as-shipped condition, not damaged, opened, scuffed, cut, etc. E-mail or call YaYa Productions/Everyday Dish at (503) 616-3774 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) before returning any item. A repackaging fee will apply if packing materials are not returned complete. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the sender, unless we made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong item. Call YaYa Productions/Everyday Dish at (503) 616-3774 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Place the Return Authorization Number prominently on the return label of the shipping carton. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way. Purchaser is responsible for shipping to designated distributor or manufacturer. Credit for returns are usually processed within 30 days from the date we receive the merchandise, and posted to the appropriate credit account.

Defective Equipment:
Within 30 days, customers may opt to have defective machines replaced or refunded. After 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply.

Exchanges:
There is no restocking fee for exchanges if the item being exchanged is in condition as shipped.
