Grilled Veggies With Balsamic Viniagrette

Balsamic Flax Vinaigrette

This dressing has become a family favorite. I will often double the recipe and keep a jar of it in the fridge, perfect for quick salads or dipping vegetables.


1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp flax oil

2 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce

3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, pressed

 Whiz everything together in a blender or with a whisk. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
